In May of 2024, The Andersons, Inc. acquired Reed & Perrine Sales, Inc. Reed & Perrine is now operating as The Andersons Reed & Perrine Lawn Products, LLC and is contracting, invoicing, and otherwise doing business with existing accounts, although the name on invoices and purchase orders will reflect the change in ownership.
The Andersons and Reed & Perrine were both founded on the premise of providing extraordinary customer service and quality products, and our commitment to both will continue as we integrate the two companies.
